I wish I could give them 10 stars! Their service is second to none. Shane was my initial contact and he followed up and kept track of the work from beginning to end. We have a tile and shingle roof on our AZ home. The shingles needed replacing from years wear and tear but the tiles were still in good shape. Of the three companies that provided estimates, Arizona Roofing Systems (The Roofing Company) was the only one that focused on the scope of repairs we requested. They (Shane) was prompt, professional and personable and had an estimate with detailed pictures the following day. The quote was the most reasonable and economical. They also accommodated removal of a neglected solar water panel and satellite dish. The crew was courteous, diligent and really hardworking. We are so pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Shane has been there for us to track down a leak and preventing a much more serious situation down the road. The vent had been installed wrong by the original roofing company in 2000 and was leaking into the attic.

Even though our roof is original Shane presented a plan for us that took care of the problem while not requiring a complete underlayment replacement.

Shane was wonderful from start to finish. When he arrived to inspect the roof and give a quote, he took pictures of the roof showing why the roof needed to be replaced (roof was 30 years old). His knowledge of roofs and the issues that could come up during the project were discussed. Shane gave me the quote before he left. The project team was very courteous and professional during their time here. They cleaned up the work site thoroughly each day and were very polite when I needed to leave my house. Shane came by during the re-roof to check on the progress of the roof and to ensure everything was going smoothly. When the project was completed, Shane came by to ensure no nails were around that could puncture tires and that the work site was cleaned up to my satisfaction. I had a question about my roof a couple weeks afterwards and Shane came over the same day and explained what I was seeing on the roof. I will only do business with Shane as he is trustworthy, honest and a great communicator. I recommend The Roofing Company to everyone who needs a new roof or repairs to be made. You won't be disappointed.

The Roofing company has left a mess and provided me with an estimate to do work that they now say they won't do. The yard was left a mess and they missed step flashing on the roof and had to be called back to fix it. The sales team essentially told us this would be turn key and they would handle our insurance. It has yet to be anything like that.

I spoke with Shane about fixing some roof issues that were noted in a pre-sell inspection report. The experience was wonderful. Shane arrived the next morning (not an emergency call) and fixed the issues very quickly. I was promptly provided photos of the before and after to make sure I was satisfied. All of this and their prices were by far the best value; considerably less than others I spoke with. Highly recommended!
